धारा 38 · Realisation of dues, custody of funds and accounts

The [Gram Panchayat] [ Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] shall, as prescribed, arrange for the realisation of Panchayat taxes and dues, custody of its funds and maintenance of accounts.
