धारा 35 · Disposal of claims

Where any dispute arises as regards the ownership of any property mentioned in Section 34 between a [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] and any, person, the [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994] shall give such person a reasonable opportunity of being heard and then decide whether to treat the said property as the property of the [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.]
