धारा 12F · Resignation

A Pradhan, [* * *] [Omitted by U.P Act No. 44 of 2007 (w.e.f. 20.08.2007).] or a member of a [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted by U.P Act No. 9 of 1994.] may, by writing under his hand addressed to such authority as may be prescribed, resign his office and his office shall thereupon become vacant.
