Section 7 · Powers to sanction schemes

- Authority will have full powers to sanction any scheme for purposes of implementing and achieving the objectives of the Authority as per provisions of the Act and rules and regulations formed thereunder. The Authority in its discretion may delegate such powers for sanctioning schemes upto certain financial limits to the Executive Committee or the Chairman or Managing Director or any other Officer of the Authority.
