Section 29 · Preparation of land use register

- After the land use-map has been prepared a land use register shall be prepared in the following forms:-

(a)

Name of the district, block, police station and village.

(b)

Khata no., Plot no., area and revenue thana no. of the village.

(c)

Name of the owner/occupant/or person claiming interest in the plot.

(d)

Details of the present use to which this particular plot of land is being put to, particulars of the structures standing thereon, if any, and the approximate valuation. In case of Agricultural land, category of the land, crops being raised thereto and the nature of irrigation facilities available.

(e)

Any other details useful for that particular piece of land.

(f)

Proposed improvement or development required as per suggestions of the local people.

(g)

Whether any dispute exist with regard to the title of the land or building. If so brief details to be stated.

(h)

Remarks.

Authority will have right to change the above form of the register as and when considered necessary.
