Section 104 · Charges for water supply

- As provided in section 90 sub-section 3 clause (c), and sub-section 4, clauses I and II, of the Act, when the Authority decided for imposition of water rates from the consumer the same procedure as in for going rules in the preparation of assessment list will apply for the preparation and finalisation of assessment list. Such assessment list shall be valid from the date on which the list takes effect and until the 1st day of April next, following completion of new list.
