- The District Mining Officer shall, when required by the Managing Director of the Authority shall furnish to the Authority informations-
(a)
in respect of, the tonnage-cess, the name of each mine from which Coal and Coke have been despatched, the names of such persons owing such mine, and the amount of Coal and Coke despatched therefrom.(b)
in respect of the royalty cess, the amount of royalties on account of a mine or mines within the area and the amount of royalty payable by them.Your private note on this section
