Section 25 · Procedure in enhancement and abatement

- Except as may be otherwise provided by rules made under section 49, all claims under the proceeding section in any local areas shall be made by suit to be instituted in a Revenue Court empowered to try suits for the enhancement or abatement or rent in such local area.
