Section 7 · Project Specific tariff

(1)

Project specific tariff, on case to case basis, shall be determined by the Commission for the following types of projects :

(a)

Solar PV and Solar Thermal Power projects, if a project developer opts for project specific tariff:
Provided that the Commission while determining the project specific tariff for Solar PV and Solar Thermal shall be guided by the provisions of these Regulations.

(b)

Hybrid Solar Thermal Power Plants.
