धारा 7 · Appeal or revision filed by a pleader

(1)
In case an appeal or revision application is presented to the Secretary by the pleader such appeal or revision application shall be accompanied by a vakalatnama duly accepted by the pleader and shall bear a Court-fee stamp as provided in the Court-fees Act, 1870.(2)
In every appeal or revision application in addition to the parties before appropriate authority the Regional Transport Authority or the State Transport Authority or the Secretary of either authority, as the case may be, shall also be made respondent.(3)
In every appeal or revision application the memorandum shall also furnish the name and full address of appellant or applicant and all the respondents/opposite parties.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
