धारा 13 · Adjournment

(1)

The Tribunal may on such terms as it thinks fit and at any stage adjourn the hearing of any appeal or revision application.

(2)

An application for adjournment may be presented with an affidavit of the party or a person acquainted with the facts of the case.

(3)

All applications including the application for an adjournment shall be required to be stamped with a Court-fee as provided in the Court-fees Act, 1870:Provided that this sub-rule shall not apply to the State Transport Authority or Regional Transport Authority or any other Transport Authority appearing before the Tribunal.
