(1)
No member of the service shall be allowed to cross the first efficiency bar unless his work and conduct is proved to be satisfactory and his integrity is certified.(2)
No member of the service shall be allowed to cross second and subsequent efficiency bars unless he has given full satisfaction by his work, conduct, integrity and ability.Your private note on this section
