(1)
The appointing authority shall make appointment by taking the names of candidates in the order in which they stand in the list prepared under Regulation 15.(2)
If more than one order of appointment are issued in respect of any one selection a combined order shall also be issued, mentioning the names of the persons in order of seniority as determined in the selection.Your private note on this section
