Section 8 · Public Analyst

(1)
The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint or recognize a person or persons, as it thinks appropriate, having such qualifications, as may be prescribed, to be a Public Analyst for the purpose of analyzing and testing any plastic carry bag under this Act.(2)
The report of a Public Analyst shall be treated as a document of evidence in any proceeding under this Act.Your private note on this section
