Section 3 · Prohibition to manufacture carry bags from virgin plastic

- No person shall manufacture or cause to be manufactured any carry bags from virgin plastic of thickness of not less than 30 micron and of a size, not less than 8" x 12" and of a colour, other than the specified colour.
