PPCBC Act 1

Section 1 · Short title and commencement

(1)

This Act may be called the Punjab Plastic Carry Bags (Manufacture, Usage and Disposal) Control Act, 2005.

(2)

It shall come into force at once, except the provisions of Sections 14 and 17, which shall come into force after the expiration of a period of [one year and six months] [Substituted for 'one hundred and eighty days' by Punjab Act No. 28 of 2006.] from the date of its commencement.
