On and from the date of the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Second Amendment) Act, 2001 omitting Section 20 of the Principal Act up to the date of the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2005 inserting new Section 20 in the Principal Act, any individual or society or institution admitted as a nominal or associate member of a society shall be deemed to have been admitted as such of the society and any loan advanced to such nominal or associate member shall be deemed to have been validly made.]
