Section 89 · Charges of debenture-holders on certain properties

- The holders of the debentures shall have a floating charge on-

(a)

all such mortgages and assets as are referred to in Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 88 ;

(b)

b the amount paid under such mortgages and remaining in the hands of the Board or of the Trustee ; and

(c)

the other properties of the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited.] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.]
