धारा 32 · Eligibility for registration

(1)

Unless disqualified under the provisions of section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, every person in a constituency who -

(a)

is not less than 18 years of age on the qualifying date, and

(b)

is ordinarily a resident in that constituency, shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll pertaining to that constituency.

(2)

No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for more than one constituency.

(3)

No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for any constituency more than once.
