धारा 137 · Removal of difficulties

(1)
The Commission, in consultation with the State Government, may issue such general or special directions as may, in its opinion be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or holding any election under this Act.(2)
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or in holding any election, the Commission as occasion requires, may by order, do anything which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
