धारा 6 · Minimum area for which a prospecting license or mining lease may be granted or renewed

The minimum area that may be granted under prospecting license or mining lease shall not be less than one hectare:Provided that the State Government, if it is satisfied on the basis of proposed production level, geological or topographical conditions, may for the reasons to be recorded in writing, grant or renew a lease over an area more than the maximum area or lies than the minimum area specified in Rules 5 and 6.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
