Section 4 · Strength of the Service

- (i) The service shall consist of single cadre comprising the post of District and Sessions Judge and Additional District and Sessions Judges;
(ii)
The strength of the Service shall be such as may be determined from time to time by the Governor in consultation with the Court.(iii)
The Strength of the Service, shall, unless varied by orders passed in this behalf, be as specified in Appendix "A".(iv)
The Governor may, from time to time, in consultation with the Court leave any vacancy in the service unfilled or hold in obeyance.Your private note on this section
