(a)
"Advocate" means Advocate defined in the Advocate Act, 1961;(b)
"Chief Justice" means Chief Justice of High Court of Uttaranchal;(c)
"Civil Judge (Senior Division)" means the Judge appointed under The Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887;(d)
"Court" means the High Court of Uttaranchal;(e)
"Government" means the Government of Uttaranchal;(f)
"Governor" means Governor of Uttaranchal;(g)
"Judge" means Judge of the High Court of Uttaranchal;(h)
"The Service" means the Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service;(i)
