Section 48 · Appeals to State Government from decisions of Board

(1)
An appeal shall lie to the State Government from every decision of the Board under this Act.(2)
Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of the decision sought to be appealed from.Your private note on this section
