Section 3 · Establishment of Board

(1)
The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette establish in the manner provided hereafter, a Board to be called the Rajasthan Board of Homoeopathic Medicine, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.(2)
The Board so established shall be a body corporate having a perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.Your private note on this section
