Section 17 · Every licensee shall be bound to report to the Executive Engineer, Sub- Divisional Officer or any officer of the Fisheries Department, any breach of the rules that comes to his notice and also to show his licence to any person empowered under section 6 of the Act to arrest without warrant for offences under this Act
