Section 16 · (i) The Executive Engineer or the Warden of Fisheries, Punjab may cancel any licence granted by him to a person who contravenes or connives at or instigates the contravention of any of these rules or who is convicted under any provision of the Indian Fisheries Act, 1897, or the Punjab Fisheries Act, 1914
