Section 280 · Expenses to witnesses

- Expenses to witnesses appearing under summons, or produced before any Court or Deputy Commissioner in Excise case may be granted by such Court or Deputy Commissioner in accordance with rules made by the Government of Mizoram for the grant of expenses to witnesses in criminal cases.
