Section 14 · Consolidation of cases

- A Revenue Court may consolidate proceedings other than appeals, revisions or review, if -

(a)

all the parties to such proceedings agree to such consolidation;

(b)

all such proceedings involve common points of determination; and

(c)

the evidence to be adduced in all such proceedings is common.
