Section 12 · Age-wise grouping of buildings

-For the purposes of clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 116A, buildings shall be grouped age-wise as under:-
(1)
Group A Buildings-constructed prior to 1960(2)
Group B Buildings-constructed between 1960-69 (3) Group C Buildings-constructed between 1970-79 (4) Group D Buildings-constructed between 1980-89 (5) Group E Buildings-constructed between 1990-99(6)
