Section 11 · Structural characteristics of buildings

-For the purpose of clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 116A, buildings shall be classified as pucca, semi-pucca, or katcha, in the following manner:

(1)

Pucca-building with load bearing roof.

(2)

Semi-pucca-building having a non-load bearing temporary roof (3) Katcha-buildings using temporary materials for walls and roof.
