Section 4 · Maintenance of day to day account of election expenses

(1)
The account of election expenses shall be maintained by a candidate or his election agent from day to day, in a register in Proforma A, which shall be supplied to him by the Returning Officer immediately after his nomination.(2)
The particulars of every item of expenditure shall be entered in the register referred to in sub-paragraph (1), from day to day in the same chronological order in which the expenditure is incurred or authorised and the vouchers or bills relating to the expenditure shall be maintained alongwith the register.Your private note on this section
