Section 1 · Short title, extent, application and commencement

This order may be called the Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Order, 2012.

(2)

It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh State.

(3)

It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.
