Section 1 · Short title, and commencement

These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Stamp (Payment of Duty by Means of e-Stamp Certificate) Rules, 2016.

(2)

These rules shall be applicable to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.

(3)

These rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
