धारा 9 · Determination of disputes

(1)
If any dispute or question arises with respect to any matter specified in Section 5 or Section 6 Section 7, such dispute or question shall be referred to the Collector of the district in which the estate vesting in the State Government by virtue of a notification under Section 4 is situate.(2)
The Collector shall, after holding, in the prescribed manner, such inquiry as he considers necessary, make such order in the matter as he deems fit.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
