(1)
The State Government or any person, aggrieved by the decision or order a Collector under Section 9 or Section 11 or Section 13 or Section 18 or sub-Section (4) of Section 19 or Section 20 or Section 22 or under clause (3) of the Schedule annexed hereto may, within thirty days from the date of such decision or order, appeal to the [Revenue Appellate Authority] [Substituted vide Section 4 read with item 18 of the schedule to the Rajasthan ActNo. 8 of 1962
