धारा 11 · Section 11

A licensee shall, subject to the conditions of his licence, sell intoxicating spirituous preparations to:-

(a)

a registered practitioner or a homeopathic practitioner or an Ayurvedic or a Unani practitioner or a private medical practitioner;

(b)

a registered or homeopathic practitioner or an Ayurvedic or a Unani practitioners in-charge of a hospital/dispensary/clinic:

(c)

another licensee;

(d)

a permit holder:

(e)

a person holding a prescription of a registered practitioner/homeopathic practitioner a private medical practitioner or an Ayurvedic or Unani practitioner in accordance with such prescription; and

(f)

to any person in any quantity which he is permitted to possess without permit/licence under rule 5 and rule 26.
