धारा 10 · Section 10

A manufacturer shall subject to the conditions of his licence, sell intoxicating spirituous preparations to:-

(a)

a registered practitioner:

(b)

a homeopathic practitioner:

(c)

Ayurvedic or Unani Practitioner;

(d)

a licensee;

(e)

a permit holder; or

(f)

a private medical practitioner;

only in such quantity and for such purpose, as he may be authorised under the rules and/or as may be specified in his licence or permit.
