धारा 3 · Procedure

- The procedure with respect to all matters under the Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Act, 1952, shall be regulated as far as may be, by the procedure prescribed for Revenue Officers by the provisions of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, and the rules thereunder.Form A(Rule 2 of the Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Rules, 1953, and section 4(1) of the Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Act, 1952)ToThe Collector _____________________________________________________________________________________ DistrictSir,As required by section 4 of the Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Act, 1952, I furnish below the particulars of the land held by Adna Maliks under me for determination and award of the amount of compensation payable to me by the Adna Malik :
