धारा 2 · Form of application

- (i) An application under sections 4(1) of the Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Act, 1952, shall be made in form 'A'.
(ii)
On receipt of an application as aforesaid, the Collector shall require the applicant to make or deliver to him on a date to be specified, a statement containing the name of every other person possessing any interest in the land or any part thereof as mortgagee, or otherwise of the rights of Ala Malik, the nature and extent of such interest and the rents and profits, if any received or receivable on this account by the Ala Malik.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
