धारा 51 · Departmental punishments, etc

- The matters of departmental punishments, and appeals and petitions against departmental punishments shall be governed by the provisions laid down in Rules 262 to 275-A of the Madhya Pradesh Police Regulations.

All representations, oral and written, shall be made through the proper channel provided that an officer shall be entitled to ask for a 'peshi' of the Commandant or any other Superior Officer if no orders are passed within a reasonable time by any officer on his representation.
