धारा 2 · Definitions

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a)

"the Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968 (No. 29 of 1968);

(b)

"direct recruitment" a person is said to be recruited by direct recruitment to the Special Armed Force when at the time of his first appointment there to he was not in the service of the State Government;

(c)

"promotion" means an appointment of a member of the Special Armed Force from any lower rank to a higher rank.
