धारा 8 · [ Officers of Board. [Substituted by Bihar Act No. 6 of 2011, dated 27.5.2011.]

- The following shall be the officers of the Board, namely:-(i)the Chairman(ii)the Secretary(iii)the Director Academic(iv)the Joint Secretary (Senior Secondary)(v)the Joint Secretary (Secondary)(vi)the Controller of Examination (Senior Secondary)(vii)the Controller of Examination(Secondary)(viii)the Finance Officer, and(ix)Such other officers as may be prescribed by rules made under this Act to be officers of the Board; and
