धारा 7A · [ Appointment of Committee to inquire into working of the Board. [Inserted by Act 11 of 1960.]

(1)
The State Government may, at any time, appoint a Committee consisting of a Chairman and such other members as it may think fit, to enquire and report on any of the following matters :-(i)
the working of the Board;(ii)
the financial position of the Board;(iii)
whether any change should be made in the provisions of the Act;(iv)
such other matter as may be referred to it by the State Government.(2)
The State Government may, after considering the report and recommendation, if any, of the Committee, issue such directions of the Board as it may think fit, and the Board shall comply with the directions.] [Substituted by Bihar Act No. 6 of 2011, dated 27.5.2011.](3)
[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1) and (2), the State Government may, from time to time, issue such general or special directions to the Board as it may think fit.
