Section 15 · Restriction on voting

(1)
No member of the Board shall vote on any matter in which he has any personal or pecuniary interest or if it relates to any Institution of which he is either a teacher or a member of the Managing Committee.(2)
The President or the member presiding at a meeting of the Board shall decide any question arising under sub-section (1), and his decision thereon shall be final.Your private note on this section
