Section 7 · Application for registration

(1)
Every application for registration of a clinical establishment shall be made, either in person or by Registered Post with acknowledgement due to the competent authority in Form-I, accompanied by a fee for a sum of rupees five thousand in the form of demand draft or treasury challan drawn in favour of the competent authority.(2)
If a clinical establishment is offering services in more than one recognised system of medicine separate application shall be made for each such system of medicine.Your private note on this section
