Section 5 · Application for allotment

- Upon the issue of public notice under rule 4 any person may submit and application in writing to the Collector of the District concerned for allotment of a Ravine Land in Form II.
(2)
All applications for allotment shall be signed and verified by the applicant or his authorised agent in the manner provided for verification of plaints in Order VI, Rule 15 of the Code of Civil Procedure.(3)
An application for allotment may be submitted to the Collector in person or sent by registered post.Your private note on this section
