Section 3 · Application

- These rules shall apply to every whole time employee of the Board [who have completed one year's continuous service] [Added by No. F. 25(11) 19nd A/62, dated 27-10-1967; published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV-C, Extraordinary, dated 28-10-1967.] except the following:-

(i)

Retired and re-employed employees.

(ii)

Employees on deputation from the Government of Rajasthan.

(iii)

Employees on special contract.

(iv)
