- When two or more places bearing different names are formed into one [smaller urban area] [Substituted by Act 36 of 1994 w.e.f. 1-6-1994.], the name of the [smaller urban area] [Substituted by Act 36 of 1994 w.e.f. 1-6-1994.] shall be determined by the [Governor.] [Substituted by Act 36 of 1994 w.e.f. 1-6-1994.]
