धारा 19 · Waiting List of Candidates

(1)
The Commission shall prepare a list of the candidates in order of merit as disclosed by the aggregate marks obtained by each candidate. If two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the aggregate, the Commission shall arrange them in order of merit on the basis of their general suitability for the Service.(2)
Subject to the provisions of Rules 6 and 14, the Governor shall select the candidates who stand highest in order of merit in the list prepared by the Commission under clause (1) of this rule, provided that they are duly qualified in other respects under these rules.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
